Q-What is your favorite thing about your sewing room?
A- The windows, I have windows on two sides of the room and the light in the morning (all day really but morning is my favorite) is amazing!

Q-Where did your interest in Quilting begin?
A- I always loved creating. I am fortunate to have been raising around women who quilt in varying capacities and talents, quilt bees were a reality growing up. I love creating something beautiful and useful.
Q- What is something in your sewing room that you could not live without?
A- My hand-me-down Bernina! I just loooooove her!
Q- What is your most annoying thing about your sewing room?
A- Right now, it is soooo disorganized! it makes me crazy... I need to work on that!
Q- Share with us a useful tip that you use in your sewing room.
A- I use leg risers under my cutting table, saves my back big time!

Q- Do you have a favorite sewing room snack?
A- Popcorn, I pop a big bowl and munch on it while I sew. Its delish with a diet pepsi and a bit of dark chocolate... thats a complete meal... right?

I like to air pop and add a little butter and honey, or just butter, or coconut oil and salt. |
A- Right now I am trying to finish up the blocks Jeanene taught last summer.
Q-Give us a little background, where are you from? how long have you been quilting? What do you enjoy the most about quilting? etc.

A- I was born and raised on a dairy farm just outside of Delta Utah. I have been quilting on my own for 25 years..or so. I love the creativity of quilting, I love color and learning new techniques. My quilts have evolved over the years and so have I, I suppose!

How fun!! I love seeing your pics. It is neat to know that you have had that influence of your family quilting. That is a great tip about the table risers. SO much fun :)
